GV Kayenne Shotbox v2026.2.1.0
================================
Touch-friendly GUI for GV Kayenne macro control.
Designed to run on the Grass Valley Kayenne side-panel touchscreen
(Windows) — nothing to install.

REQUIREMENTS
  - The side-panel PC must be on the same network as the frame.
  - Fully self-contained: the app runtime and Python are bundled,
    nothing to install.
  - Windows 10 or 11, x64.

QUICK START
  1. Double-click GV Shotbox.vbs
  2. The Shotbox window opens automatically (full-screen, always on top)
  3. Enter the frame's IP address and tap Connect
  4. The app auto-detects the frame version (V14 UDP or V16/V18+ TCP)
and downloads all macro names automatically.

MINIMIZE / CLOSE (top-right of the header)
  - Minimize shrinks the Shotbox to a small button in the lower-left of
the screen (it stays on top); tap that button to bring it back.
  - The X button closes the app.

BUTTON LAYOUT
  - 5 columns x 5 rows = 25 buttons per page (default)
  - Each page can be resized (1x1 up to 8x8) in its page settings
  - Up to 8 pages (page bar at the bottom)
  - Each button fires a GV macro (number 1-999)

MACRO NAMES
When connected, buttons automatically show the macro's name from the
frame (the OLED label). Names update live if they change on the frame.
You can also type your own label in the button's edit dialog — your
label takes priority over the frame name.

MACRO RUN STATE
The Shotbox shows which macros are running or paused in real time:

  - Rotating chase border Macro is currently Playing or Paused
  - Solid blue border Last macro that was played (once stopped)

Tapping a PAUSED macro CONTINUES it (resumes past the pause point)
rather than restarting it from the beginning. This mirrors the
behavior of the official GV K-Frame Menu.

EDITING BUTTONS
Toggle Edit mode in the header, then tap any button to change its
label, macro number, and color. Changes are saved automatically.

*** PRESS AND HOLD any button at any time to open its edit dialog —
you do not need to enable Edit mode first. ***

While Edit mode is on you can also:
    - Drag a button onto another slot to move it (a drop overwrites
      whatever is already there).
    - Tap the small red X in a button's lower-right corner to clear it
      (no confirmation).
    - Drag the page tabs left/right to reorder your pages.
    - Use the Font Size + / - buttons to size the button labels.

MACRO LIST
In Edit mode, switch on "Macro List" to slide out a panel listing every
macro (1-999) with its frame name and your own label. Drag any macro
from the list straight onto a button to assign it. The button grid
shrinks to make room for the panel — it never covers your buttons.

PROFILES
Use the Profiles button in the header to save and load named button
layouts. Profile files are stored in the profiles\ folder next to
this launcher — you can copy or share them freely.

SCREENSAVER
Touch and hold the logo to start the screensaver.
Touch and hold the upper-left corner of the screen to exit it.
